Elizabeth and Ky had the sweetest brunch wedding on the last Sunday of the decade. They left no detail spared for their guests, beginning with the day before the wedding. They had us create a custom scavenger hunt for their guests to do around Charleston between the rehearsal in the morning and the rehearsal dinner that evening. We had SO MUCH fun creating this list, polling our friends and incorporating all of our favorite places on the peninsula. Honestly, I would love to take the game for a spin on my next day off!
Wedding day came and was actually the most beautiful December day at 75 degrees. They opted for no first look but did a “first photo” around one of Lowndes Grove beautiful, large oak trees. These photos of them holding hands without seeing each other are so incredibly sweet! Following their waterfront ceremony, guests were invited inside for a delicious brunch including all the essentials: Chicken and waffles, omelettes, and shrimp and grits!
Elizabeth changed into a chic hot pink dress (and heels!) for their departure, and they headed straight to the airport to board a flight for their honeymoon. Truly, a Jackie O move. We wish these two lovebirds all the best!
