I never dreamed my English education degree (from the University of Northern Iowa – go panthers!) would lead to planning events in the #1 wedding destination in the country, but honestly, I couldn’t dream up a better fit.  Have you ever thought about comparing a rowdy bridal party to a high school classroom on the last day of school?  The similarities are uncanny!  I will make sure each person is in place and knows exactly what their role is to make your wedding day a success.  In addition, I will make sure you understand completely how your day is going to flow and function.

For me, planning weddings is more than just making things look pretty.  It’s about creating memories that are unique to you and creating an experience that people will look back on for years to come and think, “Wow, that was really something special."

Wedding advice from Erica: Always remember the reason for celebrating, and that at the end if the day you are married to your best friend, then the day went perfectly!

To truly know me is to understand my love for Taylor Swift, Miller Lite, bright lipstick, and my cat, Sullivan.

I grew up in Monterey, California.  In 2011, my family made a huge move across the country to Charleston. Over a decade later, this California girl is more and more of a southern belle each day.  Unwilling to leave this beautiful city I call home, I attended the College of Charleston where I earned my degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

I want clients to remember me as the planner that was willing to go to the ends of the earth to make their wedding perfect and everything they imagined.  I truly love getting to know my clients and their families.  Nothing beats that hug at the end of the night from my clients and hearing, “Today was everything and more. Thank you!”.  Due to my obsession with J.Lo in The Wedding Planner and Franck in the Father of the Bride, my psychotic organization and overly detailed lists, it is destiny that my career path has lead me here.

Wedding advice from Jacqueline: Keep your priorities in mind throughout planning to create an event that is a true reflection of you and your spouse-to-be.  For example, if you love film photography, splurge on your photographer and save in other areas!

To truly know me is to understand my love for Gilmore Girls, tacos and my pup, Hero.

I was born and raised in Venezuela. I moved to the United States when I was 16 to study English, and I ended up going to Valencia College/UCF where I earned my AA in Architecture. I turned to wedding planning to explore a different creative and design field, where I can be a part of making the best memories of our clients lives. I love the creative aspect of planning weddings, and of course the logistics and coordination (I'm a bit of a control freak!).

My favorite part of wedding day is looking at the smiles of our clients and the joy and happiness they get to experience throughout the day. I want them to remember me by saying that I went above and beyond to fulfill their expectations of their dream wedding.

Wedding advice from Alejandra: Take a moment to take everything in and look around to see all the people you love being there for you on the most special day of your life. Just enjoy every second of it!

To truly know me is to understand my love for my family, delicious food, and watching Gilmore Girls and Friends!

I'm from Peachtree City, Georgia and I'm currently in my senior year at Auburn University where I am majoring in Hospitality and Event Management with minors in Business Administration and International Studies. In the summer of 2021, I interned with Peper Events and now I am currently the behind the scenes girl, working remotely. I create and organize client files to keep all their information neat and centralized for our lead planners, as well as blog each of our weddings so future brides can find inspiration from our client's wedding days.

My favorite part of wedding days is always when the bride and groom are about to get introduced to their reception. At this time, the nerves have settled and the bride and groom are hand in hand, ready to go into their first dance and celebrate their marriage with all their closest friends and family!

Wedding advice from Sara: Keep the main focus on you and your future spouse. There are many people who are happy to give you their opinions, but just remember your wedding day is for YOU, so ultimately ask yourself what would make you smile on your wedding day and what would mean the most to you and your future spouse and do that!

To truly know me is to understand my love for all things Auburn, country music, and Chick-Fil-A.

I'm from Seattle originally, but more recently Fort Lauderdale! My fiance and I live on Johns Island now and are tying the knot this spring at Old Wide Awake Plantation! When not working weddings, I work in food & bev and enjoy spending my free time with my family and friends. I absolutely love organizing so it's by no coincidence that I love wedding planning!

On wedding day, I'm always there to help ensure that the bride's day is perfect and if there are any issues, she doesn't know about them!! Our jobs are so rewarding because we get to see two awesome families become one and I think it's truly beautiful!

Wedding advice from Grace: Don't get caught up on what's not planned but think about all the progress you've made! The second you get engaged you don't need to have every detail planned! Enjoy the process and take your time!

To truly know me is to understand my love for all things Christmas, organization and my family

I'm a hard to find, Charleston native! I grew up in Charleston and attended College of Charleston for my undergrad, where I studied marketing. All throughout college, I interned and assisted at Peper Events. I currently attend nursing school at the Medical University of South Carolina, in the future I would love to work as an oncology nurse. In both events and nursing, I am able to work on a team, help people, and interact with others. I love working alongside our team to ensure your big day goes off without a hitch and that everyone is in good spirits. Weddings are a fun change of pace from nursing as I never feel like I'm "at work". I love how every day in the wedding world is different and I like it when clients allow us to get creative and use our judgement. And chances are if you see some snazzy Instagram behind the scenes on wedding day, I had something to do with it ;)

Wedding advice from McKenna: Less is more when it comes to decor!  You don't have to have a lot of decor to have a beautiful setup.  Simple decor makes for some of the most elegant weddings!

To truly know McKenna is to understand her love for her family and friends, skincare, and iced coffee.
