South Carolina Beach Wedding Perfection

The part no one tells you about getting married on the beach in prime beach-going season: everyone wants to come!  Adam and Katie’s friends and family made the trip to Charleston a few days before the wedding so they were able to fully enjoy all that Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms has to offer.  The couple’s ceremony took place on the North Croquet lawn, surrounded by beautiful palm trees with the glistening ocean as the backdrop.  Guests enjoyed a poolside cocktail hour with plenty of photo opportunities to capture the amazing golden hour lighting overlooking the water!

Katie chose a gorgeous muted pink palette,with gold accents.  The couple had a three tier chocolate on chocolate cake which was absolutely to-die-for.  Adam got Katie pretty good with the cake smash, but that didn’t stop her from dancing all night long!
