Beach Wedding Bliss

Caitlin and David got married at sunset on the beach of Isle of Palms with their tented reception on the North Croquet Lawn of Wild Dunes Resort. The beauty of hosting a wedding at Wild Dunes (besides that it’s oceanfront!) is that all of your friends and family can stay at the resort, creating that relaxing and vacation-like feel for your wedding weekend. With Caitlin and David getting married on Memorial Day weekend, their guests were able to take full advantage of the long weekend and vacation-mode bliss. Caitlin came down for her rehearsal with a beer in hand, and I was like, “Yep, that’s my girl!”

The reception kicked off with a first dance that included music from “The Greatest Showman” and these two sang every word to each other. It was so cute! The smile never left Caitlin’s face all night, and I can still hear her sweet laugh. This was the most fun loving crowd we have had the pleasure of working with in a long time! I loved the inclusion of all long tables in the floorplan, which made the whole event feel like one big family dinner.

The night ended with a bubble exit which was so fun under the café lights on the lawn. We wish these two all the happiness in the world!
