Blue Bonnets (Texas) + Yellow Jasmine (South Carolina)
Mollye & David met during the summer of 2015 at the Esso club playing bingo while students at Clemson University. Summers are dead at Clemson and a mutual friend had an “invite anyone in town” policy every Wednesday for Bingo. They bonded over their dislike for black olives on nachos and pizza. David won a round of bingo and gave Mollye the bumper sticker prize. Their first date happened a few weeks later at the South Carolina Botanical Gardens and then a sushi dinner. Mollye had no idea it was supposed to be a date until the hour before he picked her up. HAHA!
These two chose to tie the knot in Charleston where they both frequented as kids and fulfilling Mollye’s dream of getting married near the ocean.
Mollye’s hometown is Dallas, TX and she wanted to incorporate the Texas state flower, Blue Bonnets as well as David’s home state flower, Yellow Jasmine. Together the colors created a beautiful and fun palette. Great weather and the BEST band made for the night of their dreams with their closest loved ones.
Wishing you guys (+the frog!!) all the best in the years to come!!
