Meghan & Brad – Cannon Green

Emerald Green deserves to be seen!

“As for the story of how we met? We met the old fashion way- online! Hahaha I think on the surface it might not seem how well matched we are. Brad is a motivated businessman and a stellar golfer. I’m a tattooed military chick that had never set foot in a country club. But the algorithms of eharmony don’t lie.”

The Proposal: Brad decided to take Meghan back to their first date spot, a fun vintage restaurant with unique cocktails, Ferris wheeling dining and mini-golf. Meghan says they were not but 10 feet off the ground before he popped the question with the most gorgeous custom ring by LA-based jewelry designer, Heidi Gibson, with an emerald center stone. She said “Is this really happening?!” followed by “YES!”.

The Big Day: With attendees from near and far, Meghan and Brad chose to say “I do” in the Lowcountry making their wedding weekend a fun Southern fall getaway for themselves and their guests. Brad rocked an awesome green suit with cuff links made from stadium seats from his favorite football team that his lovely bride-to-be gifted him. Meghan wore a stunning Galia Lahav gown with jewelry replicas of Jackie Kennedy Onassis’ bracelet and earrings that Jackie received as an engagement gift from JFK. On their wedding day, a special delivery came to Meghan’s room. It was a custom necklace by Heidi Gibson, made from Brad’s paternal and maternal grandmothers’ diamonds and emeralds that matched Meghan’s ring. He’s definitely a keeper!!

To honor Meghan’s late parents, she tied their wedding rings to her bouquet and along with her two little brothers, made her way down the aisle to meet Brad. We wish Meghan and Brad all the best in the years to come!
