How He Proposed:

Cody + Kristin are both school teachers and during their spring break they were going to play golf on a Friday. Kristin always mentioned how beautiful Hole 5 was, with giant oaks and Spanish Moss galore. When they got to the hole, Kristin recalls not driving very well, and turned to ask Cody for another ball. There he was, on one knee, asking to “ride this rollercoaster” with him. She said “Yes” no questions asked. They didn’t finish playing that day but rather spent the day telling family, eating pizza, and enjoying libations. It was simple, private, and beautiful.

We always joke that in the Lowcountry there is no off-season because it’s always gorgeous!!! This January was no exception. Kristin and Cody had a gorgeous winter wedding with all the deep red and burgundy hues. Guests enjoyed delicious Salt Works stations, topping off with a beautiful cupcake display from Cupcake Down South.
